Randy is the Senior Technician & Music Director at Nord Ouest FM CKRP in Falher, Alberta. Randy was born and raised in the Peace Region, grew up surrounded by music and developed a passion for live music in his early teens. Having some training in classical piano under the Royal Conservatory as a young teen he eventually began to experiment with other instruments and joined his church’s music team at 15 years of age. Since then, he has had the pleasure of working with many different musicians of varying talents and passions. After finishing school Randy discovered a talent and love for the more technical side of live music production and shifted his focus to helping musicians from the other side of the audio snake. In 2019 Randy started to broaden his passion for sound outside of his church community and began working with many different local bands and events on a regular basis and is driven by an obsession to learn and grow in the live music industry.

This is Randy’s second year being involved in SongRise and we are excited to welcome him back!
